I am Dr. Lisa, and after more than 30 years of professional life as a clinical pharmacist, I had a massive storm of everything going wrong all at once. I needed to heal my life and fast!!! I became open to anything that could help me to heal, and that's how I started my mindfulness journey. My tough health challenges continue to teach me that with mindfulness and meditation, deep healing do occur. Hello, I'm Dr. Lisa Nezneski
Dr. Lisa Nezneski, BS PharmD, BCPS, specializes in Integrative Medicine, combining conventional medicine with meditation and other alternative therapies to achieve holistic health. Having practiced for over 30 years, she is a Board-Certified Pharmacotherapist, a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, a Munay-Ki (Heart-Centered) Shaman, a healthcare consultant, a specialist in Botanical Medicine, a Reiki Master, and an author of three books. Dr. Nezneski founded Healthy Mindful Self to combine medications with natural supplements. She holds degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Cincinnati, with supplemental certifications from Harvard Business School and the University of Western States. Success magazine and others frequently publish her work. Spreading the good word of mindfulness training is her current passion.
