Not everyone can carve out dedicated time for a class.                                                                                     Dr. Nezneski offers individual  one-on-one learning 

Private coaching is right for you if:

  • The demands of your employment make it impossible to schedule a class at the same time every week.
  • You prefer to learn meditation in stealth mode, without exposing your identity to a group.
  • You want the flexibility of scheduling sessions as your time permits. 
  • You want the individual attention to your questions and coaching specific to your concerns.

Work with me on an individual basis. I can work around any crazy schedule demands, maintain utmost confidentiality, and can provide you with the individual attention you require.

You must be willing to commit to at least four personal sessions once a week for four consecutive weeks. A minimum of four sessions is required to get the full benefit of the individual attention. Although, you will be up and meditating on your first session.

 Reiki  is a Japanese method of healing that promotes stress reduction, physical relaxation, and encourages healing through the “laying on of hands”. 

  • Reiki is beneficial for a good overall reset and refresh.
  • Reiki is especially beneficial, if you have a more serious chronic health condition or going through a major life event.
  • Reiki sessions are remote as one of the fundamental principles of Reiki is energy flows where it needs to go. You are fully clothed for a Reiki session.
  • Reiki Sessions are 60 minutes.

Before a symptom manifests physically, everything starts first as energy. Dr. Nezneski offers  energy-based alternatives including an Energy Check and an Energy/Chakra Clearing.

An energy session is right for you if you are

  • Feeling off, like something is just not right?
  • Feeling exhausted and running on fumes?
  • Having a flair-up of a chronic disease?
  • Having a major life event that is impacting your daily life?

All sessions are performed remotely.

Energy check: Dr. Nezneski will perform a body scan and give you tips to help clear any stuck energy. Sessions usually last 15 to 30 minutes.

Energy/Chakra Clearing: Dr.Nezneski will focus on the seven energy centers of the body -- the seven chakras and help you understand any symptoms you may be feeling, offering suggestions to improve and maintain your health. Sessions last 45 minutes.
